Michael Bisping backed up every bit of trash that he talked against Jason "Mayhem Miller". Bisping outclassed and outworked Miller in route to a third round TKO victory Saturday night at The Ultimate Fighter 14 Finale.

Miller was bloodied after the first round and couldn't consistently get Bisping to the ground during the fight. During the third round, MIller was bombarded with punches, elbows and knees to the ribs leading to a stoppage at 3:34 of round number three.

Miller was obviously disappointed after the fight but offered no excuse for his performance. "I trained really hard for this fight," said Miller. "I'm sorry guys I got tired. I can't make any excuse about that."

John Dodson and Diego Brandao were crowned "TUF 14" champions on Saturday night. Dodson won the bantamweight tournament and Brandao the featherweight tourney. Both fighters won six-figure contracts from the UFC and both cemented their status in the UFC with impressive victories.

Dodson finished T.J. Dillashaw in just under two minutes in the first round. Dodson, known for being a spy from Team Miller, was booed throughout the fight from the pro Dillashaw crowd. During the first round, Dodson caught Dillashaw with a counter left the dropped Dillashaw. Dodson pounced and landed one more punch before Herb Dean stepped in and stopped the fight at the 1:54 mark of the first round.

Diego Brandao scored a first round submission victory over Dennis Bermudez. Bermudez dropped Brandao with a right forearm to the face as Brandao was moving in. Bermudez looked as if he was going to secure a knockout win, when Brandao grabbed an arm and transition into a quick armbar for the victory.

Brandao pocketed an extra $80,000 as he was awarded "Submission of the Night" and was apart of the "Fight of the Night" with Dennis Bermudez, who scored $40,000 for his part in the fight. John Dodson was awarded $40,000 for "Knockout of the Night."

All but one fighter set to fight tomorrow night made weigh for The Ultimate Fighter 14 Finale. The only fighter who did not make weight was main event participant Michael "The Count" Bisping. The British bad boy came in at 186.25.

Bisping had to strip out of his shorts and the UFC towel came out, but that was not enough has he weighed in above the 185-pound limit. Bisping now has one hour to drop 1/4 of a pound. Jason "Mayhem" Miller, who fights Bisping in his return to the UFC, weighed in at 185 pounds and seemed to be in good sprits.

"It feels so good to be back," said Miller after the weigh-in. "Time for talking is done, tomorrow night I'll show him what time it is," said Miller. Bisping was a little less cheery as he screamed swear words at the crowd when they booed him and then preceded to point an inappropriate hand gesture towards the crowd.

The other 18 fighters were all on weight. Featherweight Marcus Brimage came in two pounds under the 145-pound limit, but otherwise every fighter was within one pound of the limit.

Jason "Mayhem" Miller, a fighter once locked in promotional limbo, now hopes to push his way into UFC title contention with a win over Michael Bisping at Saturday's The Ultimate Fighter 14 Finale.

Even as the back of his hand swings directly into a reporter's groin, Jason Miller vows he has grown up. It may seem fairly dubious at the moment, but his sentiment holds some weight. The traditionally bombastic Miller has surprised many with a measured approach on the fourteenth season of "The Ultimate Fighter" (TUF). One that contrasts sharply with that of rival Michael Bisping, who has often been the bully to Miller's calm.

Miller's words immediately prove self-fulfilling when the unlucky reporter recovers and the fighter allows a shot of retaliation in good faith. At once, everything is back as it was.

For much of his career, "Mayhem" wasn't a nickname as much as a lifestyle. Controversy surrounded the brash middleweight, cresting at the 2010 Nashville brawl that signed Strikeforce's CBS death-note and sent Miller into promotional limbo.

After all that, it's somewhat startling to see the composure that currently projects from the 30-year-old. "The minute my life started going better was when I stopped asking ‘what can you do for me?' and started asking ‘what can I do for you?'" Miller explained to Fight Hub.

"When I was younger, man, I would rip you off, I would steal this microphone out of your hands, because I thought that was the only way to get by. I didn't know any other way. Not that my parents are bad parents, it's just, I grew up in an environment where the people who were succeeding were the bad guys. What I realized is, when you become an adult, it's all about what can you give to them, then you get it back ten-fold."

But don't let that fool you into thinking Miller has outgrown his moniker. From filling Team Bisping's dressing room with tractor tires to trapping the truck of assistant coach Tiki Ghosn in concrete highway barricades, Mayhem has delivered on the prank wars "The Ultimate Fighter" is reputed for.

Yet from the outside the motivation for his playfulness has shifted. No longer are the attacks malicious, but stabs at keeping an inherently tense situation as light as possible. "Even going back to high school wrestling, I was always the funny guy on the team," Miller mused. "I feel like it keeps morale up. In order to keep everybody happy and wanting to work hard, you need these little mental breaks where we slap each other in the balls or we have a good time and goof off."

In the bizarre pressure-cooker of the TUF house, Miller's approach quickly became a boon for his team. "Mayhem is a giant kid," bantamweight finalist John Dodson acknowledged to Sherdog. "After all the wins ... Mayhem would bring that fighter something, anything that they wanted to eat or drink. Dustin [Pague] and Dennis [Bermudez] asked for Pizza Hut pizza with breadsticks, and Dustin wanted a sundae. Sure enough, he brought the guys everything."

Now that the show has ended, Miller's upbeat approach seems to have paid off. His team racked up four straight victories to kick off the season, resulting in five semi-finalists to Team Bisping's three. With viable representatives in each final -- Dodson and the 145-pound Bermudez -- a clean sweep for Team Miller isn't out of the question.

Though the triumph will ultimately fall on deaf ears if Mayhem crumbles to Bisping. After months of waiting and training, the two coaches are nearing their middleweight clash at Saturday night's The Ultimate Fighter 14 Finale. Calls have already risen for Bisping to move into the title picture once he defeats Miller, to the point where it seems like a done-deal. But assumed victory is a foolish endeavor in this sport of variability, and ignoring Mayhem's pedigree would be a major oversight. With wins over Robbie Lawler, Tim Kennedy, and Kazushi Sakuraba to his credit, Miller has proven himself a worthy adversary, and the big stage has only helped renew his focus.

"This is the first (time) that I've gotten a super serious camp in my entire career," Miller gleefully explained. "It feels awesome. I've never been in such good shape and I've never had such a good mental focus going into a fight. It's actually really refreshing."

There has been little talk about Mayhem's position in the division if he should emerge victorious, but the worrying and predicting can be left to the pundits. The fighter has no doubt about the focus of Monday's water cooler discussions. "I'm going to knock him out or submit him in the first round. It's not going two rounds," he promises. "Dan Henderson took his soul. So, I'm going to take the rest." From other men the bravado may come off overconfident, but the line off rolls Mayhem's tongue without so much as a flicker of doubt.

"I don't know. It's crazy," he concludes, the glint in his eye returning. "Maybe it's this mustache having an influence on me, but now I feel grown-up."

The Ultimate Fighter Season 14 Finale airs Saturday night at 6 PM. Jason "Mayhem" Miller faces Michael "The Count" Bisping in the event's headliner. Two two fighters look look to gain six-figure contracts into the UFC. Most of the fights will take place between fighters who were on the show.

The UFC is back this weekend with a free card on Spike TV. The Ultimate Fighter Season 14 Finale airs live at 6 PM Arizona time and features a middleweight fight between Michael "The Count" Bisping and Jason "Mayhem" Miller.

The two fighters were coaches on the UFC reality show The Ultimate Fighter that airs Wednesday nights on Spike. Eight fighters in each weight division live together in a house and compete against each other both in the Octagon and outside of it. Season 14 was the first Ultimate Fighter season that featured bantamweights and featherweights.

Two UFC fighters are chosen to coach the fighters on the show and then eventually fight after the show airs. Michael Bisping and Jason Miller were chosen to coach this season, and the season has not been short of horseplay and antics as numerous pranks have been played by both coaches and fighters, including Miller trapping Bisping's car in cement barricades and Bisping using a fire extinguisher on Miller and his team.

Jason "Mayhem" Miller will be fighting in the UFC for the first time since 2005 when he lost to Georges St. Pierre. Since then Miller has fought in the WEC, Strikeforce and Japan. He has a career record 24-7. Miller was involved in the infamous Nashville brawl when he was fighting in Strikeforce.

Bisping is a longtime UFC Middleweight Contender. He was a fighter on season three of The Ultimate Fighter, and coached season nine. Bisping is 11-3 in the UFC and 21-3 overall in his MMA career. He boasts victories over: Matt Hamill, Dan Miller, Chris Leben and Jorge Rivera.

TUF Season 13 winner Tony Ferguson will make his third UFC appearance on this card as he faces veteren Yves Edwards. In his last fight, Ferguson broke Aaron Riley's jaw in the first round, forcing him to withdraw from the contest. Ferguson won season 13 of The Ultimate Fighter as a welterweight but dropped down to lightweight after the show. Edwards comes into the bout with a record of 41-17-1.

Those two match-ups are the only official fights on the card so far. The main card will feature the finals of the bantamweight tournament and the featherweight tournament on top of those two fights. The preliminary card, which will be live on Facebook, will feature match-ups mostly between fighters from the show.
