The Suns' Steve Nash has been at the center of trade rumors for several weeks now, mostly as a target of the Magic, and the latest indicates that Orlando is planning to try and make a move for the veteran point guard.
According to the Orlando Pinstriped Post, from Monday:
The Orlando Magic will "aggressively" try to acquire Phoenix Suns point guard Steve Nash prior to the NBA trading deadline on March 15th, reports Jarrod Rudolph of RealGM, citing "multiple sources." Rudolph says he's "not sure" what Orlando could offer Phoenix in order to entice it to part with its franchise player.
Rumors circulating on Tuesday, though, indicate that there's not a whole lot they could offer Phoenix for them to give up Nash. Apparently, their loyalty to Nash remains strong. According to Chris Broussard:
Nothing's changed in Phoenix: Suns still not trading Steve Nash unless he asks for it, sources say. And he won't.

The Magic can either move Dwight Howard prior to the trade deadline or hope to surround him with more talent and placate the disgruntled superstar. At the moment, it doesn't look like Nash is an option, but you know how these front offices work. If the Magic make them an offer they can't refuse ...
