Arizona Wildcats alum Chase Budinger took part in the 2012 Sprite Slam Dunk Contest on Saturday night in Orlando. He got things started right away -- and by "things," I mean "gimmickry and synergistic cross-promotion" -- with the very first dunk of the night. He worked through a script with superfan P. Diddy and then performed the world's first and only Diddy Dunk. Check out the video after the jump.
The Diddy Dunk will certainly live in the annals of "People Jumping Over Celebrities" for many years to come. It is a short list, certainly. Nearly as short as P. Diddy. But the accomplishment is still worth noting.
