The Thunder and Spurs lead the Northwest and Southwest divisions, respectively.
The Eastern Conference is led by the Miami Heat, who are followed by the New York Knicks, Atlanta Hawks, Indiana Pacers, Milwaukee Bucks, Chicago Bulls, Brooklyn Nets and Boston Celtics. The Heat, Knicks and Pacers lead the Southeast, Atlantic and Central divisions, respectively.
