2012 NBA schedule: Suns host Kings, Bobcats

The Suns play host to the Sacramento Kings on Monday and the Charlotte Bobcats on Wednesday as they try to build momentum off of two big wins last week.

USA TODAY Sports

After upset wins over the Memphis Grizzlies and the Utah Jazz last week, the Phoenix Suns will try to stay hot when they host two games at US Airways Arena this week.

Monday night, the Suns will battle the Sacramento Kings (7-16) in a game slated to tip off at 7 p.m. MT. The Kings are losers of four straight and are coming off a brutal 122-97 loss to the Denver Nuggets on Sunday night. Sacramento has been awful on the road this season, posting a 1-9 record.

On Wednesday night, the lowly Charlotte Bobcats (7-16) will come to town to battle the Suns. After a respectable 7-5 start to the season, the Bobcats have dropped 11 consecutive games and haven't notched a victory since Nov. 24, which means the Suns have a very real chance at heading up to Portland on Saturday riding a four-game winning streak.
