Coming off a loss in their first outing of the 2012-13 campaign, the Phoenix Suns will look to rebound in their second preseason game Friday at 10 p.m. against the Portland Trail Blazers.
The Suns lost to the Sacramento Kings, 102-96, on Wednesday despite solid performances from forward Wesley Johnson (18 points), Markieff Morris (16 points, seven rebounds) and Michael Beasley (14 points, five assists, three rebounds). The Trail Blazers, meanwhile, are coming off a 93-75 win over the Los Angeles Lakers, who were playing without Dwight Howard and Kobe Bryant. Portland saw good performances out of LaMarcus Aldridge (14 points, eight rebounds) and Damian Lillard (14 points, seven assists, five rebounds).
