According to HoopsWorld's Alex Kennedy, free agent point guard Sebastian Telfair is considering signing with the Phoenix Suns once the free agency period begins on Friday:
Telfair played in only 37 games for the Minnesota Timberwolves last season, averaging 19.2 minutes a game, 7.2 points per and 3 assists. Telfair has had some injury issues the last couple seasons as he played only 43 games in '09-10 with the Cavaliers and Clippers, about half of the games possible over the last two seasons.
The seven year veteran could make a nice (and likely relatively cheap) addition to the Suns bench as a backup point guard to Steve Nash.
