ASU's dominant man in the middle has been honored once again.

Arizona State defensive tackle Will Sutton has earned yet another postseason award, this time being honored with the 2012 Morris Trophy. This award is giving to the top lineman on offense and defense in the Pac-12, and is particularly special because it is voted on by opposing linemen.

Sutton becomes the sixth Sun Devil to be given the Morris Trophy, with the last coming in 2002 for Terrell Suggs. Sutton adds the trophy to an overflowing mantle that includes Lindy's First Team All-America, Consensus All-America, Walter Camp Second Team All-America, FoxSportsNext.com Second Team All-America, Sporting News First Team All-America, CBSSports.com Pac-12 Defensive Player of the Year, Pat Tillman Pac-12 Defensive Player of the Year, CBSSports.com First Team All-America, AFCA FBS Coaches First Team All-America, Athlon Sports First Team All America, and an All-Pac-12 selection.

The Morris Trophy has been given annually since 1980. Past ASU winners include Terrell Suggs and Levi Jones in 2001, Jeremy Staat in 1997, Randall McDaniel in 1987, and Danny Villa in 1986.
