The Arizona State Sun Devils showed up on more ballots in this week's version of the SB Nation BlogPoll top 25. ASU has received votes in every poll this season, and saw more support after a Week 6 bye.
The Sun Devils appeared on 18 of the 87 ballots cast. That is up from just eight out of 85 the previous week. The highest ranking was No. 17, while the lowest was No. 25. The most common was No. 23, where five voters placed Arizona State. Strangely, the highest vote dropped from last week, when one ballot listed ASU at No. 12.
ASU will try to impress more voters when they travel to Boulder, Colo. and take on the Buffaloes Thursday night.
Three Pac-12 teams made appearances in the rankings, with the Oregon Ducks the highest at No. 2. The Oregon State Beavers were next at No. 10, and the USC Trojans appeared in the 12th spot.
