College Football Injuries: ASU DE Junior Onyeali back at practice

Arizona State DE Junior Onyeali returned to practice Sunday and is reportedly not expected to miss any game action with his shoulder injury.

Arizona State defensive coordinator Paul Randolph shared at practice Sunday that DE Junior Onyeali is not expected to miss any time with the shoulder injury he suffered in their loss to Oregon, according to Fox Sports' Tyler Lockman.

Onyeali left Thursday's game in the first quarter with the injury but was on the practice field Sunday afternoon sporting a non-contact jersey. This is particularly good news, with DT Will Sutton's status for the next few weeks still very much up in the air.

Sutton was suited up for practice Sunday as well but watched the action from the sidelines and is still considered week-to-week with his knee injury.

In related injury news, TE Chris Coyle and RB D.J. Foster were also both wearing non-contact jerseys in Sunday's practice, according to William Boor of the State Press. But with no prior ailments being reported for either after the Oregon game, it's possible they were just dealing with some minor bumps and bruises.
