Will Sutton injury: Arizona State DL set for MRI on Friday

According to a tweet from Doug Haller, Arizona State head coach Todd Graham said that injured defensive tackle Will Sutton will have an MRI tomorrow and Graham didn't sound encouraged. Haller also tweeted that Graham spoke about replacing Sutton.

Sutton hurt his knee in the first quarter of the Sun Devils' loss to the Oregon Ducks on Thursday night in Tempe, Ariz. He was out for the rest of the game, though he did return to the sidelines to support his teammates, already using crutches.

Sutton wasn't alone when it came to defensive line casualties. Defensive end Nduka (Junior) Onyeali left during the first quarter with an apparent arm injury. The loss of both players further hampered the Sun Devils' ability to stop the Ducks' rushing attack, which ended the game with a total of 406 yards rushing, including 329 in the second half.

The Sun Devils came into the game allowing 187.8 rushing yards and 14.2 points against.
