The backcourt duo of Carrick Felix and Jahii Carson combined for 43 points Friday night as the Arizona State Sun Devils outlasted the Arkansas Razorbacks 83-68 at the Las Vegas Invitational.

The Sun Devils led by just two at halftime off a jumper from Chris Colvin with 44 seconds to go, but used an 8-2 run to start the second half to widen the gap.

B.J. Young scored 29 points off the bench for Arizona State, but it was not enough to overcome the 24 from Felix and 19 from Carson. Carson also made all four of his three point attempts.

The Sun Devils out-rebounded the Razorbacks 40-31, led by Jonathan Gilling (14) and Jordan Bachynski (13). Arizona State also shot the ball at a 56 percent clip compared to just 39.7 percent for Arkansas.

Arizona State will play the winner of Friday night's Wisconsin vs. Creighton game Saturday night, while Arkansas will face that game's loser.
