Arizona Wildcats head basketball coach Sean Miller has joined Twitter. And no, it isn't one of his (hilarious) parody accounts.
Athletic director Greg Byrne already has football coach Rich Rodriguez on Twitter and has hinted at Miller joining multiple times in the past.
As someone who has listened closely to Miller over the years, it seems that a social networking platform would do very little justice for him. Always paying attention to every detail, the coach has a tendency to, well, prolong his answers during interviews. Twitter limits each tweet to only 140 characters, which hardly seems like enough for the UA's highest paid coach.
Miller already sent out his first tweet. We have that and how you can go about following him after the jump.
He can be followed here: @UACoachMiller
Here was the first tweet, congratulating UA baseball on a big season.
Congrats to @CoachAndyLopez and our baseball staff and team on their PAC 12 championship! Best of luck this weekend at Hi Corbett. #Omaha

It remains to be seen if Miller stays with Twitter or not -- some coaches tweet constantly, others are lucky to send more than a message or two out every month -- but it is pretty cool to have an official account set up for him. Here's hoping he and coach Rodriguez tweet each other at one point or another.
