Rich Rodriguez and the Arizona Wildcats got a bit of a late start on the recruiting class of 2012, but the coaching staff has done an incredible job staying in the picture for one of the nation's best and brightest athletes.
Devin Fuller, who played his senior year of football at Northern Valley Regional High this past season, is a four-star athlete who is being recruited as a quarterback by the UA. With the Wildcats needing a starting quarterback as early as the 2013 season, it makes sense that both parties share a mutual interest.
Word from Fuller family is that Devin will be in Tucson next Tuesday and Wednesday. Get that red carpet ready.

It is interesting that Rich Rod and Co. will have Fuller on campus mid-week as opposed to over the weekend, when 20+ recruits are expected to take in the facilities and the raucous atmosphere at McKale Center for the primetime ESPN game. All hands on deck for the No. 1 priority in the 2012 class, I suppose.
One would have to imagine the coaching staff will show how they developed Pat White at WVU and Denard Robinson into All-Conference players, who both feature a similar skill set to Mr. Fuller.
Here is some video of the electric playmaker:
Wouldn't it be fun to have this kid calling the plays for three years in Tucson? He could provide a Derrick Williams-like boost to the program should he become a Wildcat.
