Arizona Wildcats Recruiting: Sean Miller, Coaching Staff Set To Visit Nation's Best Players

The contact period for coaches has arrived and the next few weeks will be hectic for every program in the country. Sean Miller and his coaching staff will be traveling across the country this weekend to visit both their current commitments and targets, which, for Arizona, means the nation's best players.

UA basketball and recruiting site Point Guard U tweeted some news:

Miller will go see (Jabari) Bird, (Stephen) Domingo and (Aaron) Gordon. Then see Ashley, Jerrett and York.

Book will be going to DC to see Nate Britt. Then to see the Harrison twins in Houston. Then to see Chris McCullough in New York.

It was also reported earlier this week that five-star big man Kaleb Tarczewski, who has narrowed his college options down to UA and Kansas, will not have any in-home visits this weekend.

As for the targets Miller and assistant coach Book Richardson will be visiting, it appears the staff is going all-out for five-star point guard Nate Britt. The team will look to add a point guard for the class of 2013 and Britt is the No. 1 priority right now.

In addition, Miller going to California to see his three future Wildcats is simply to catch up with his players and to confirm their commitment to the program. As for Bird, Domingo and Gordon, all three are near the top of Arizona's list for 2013 and Miller would happily take a commitment from any of them. Do not expect anything in the near future, though.
