So if you're not familiar with the story concerning Todd Graham this offseason, the Arizona State coach left Pitt in a hurry this offseason after seemingly looking ready to commit to the Panthers for the long-term and promising recruits he wouldn't leave after National Signing Day. He went onto break both those promises on his way to the Sun Devils. Graham is now in his third coaching stop in three years.
So the Pac-12 had a fun experiment where they'd make fans of each team Tweet out questions to the coaches and players at Pac-12 Media Day. Unfortunately, Pitt fans got wind of the experiment and took full advantage of the Twitter hashtag for their own purposes.
Deadspin has compiled a sample of the angry Tweets. Here's a smaller sample for your viewing enjoyment.
Coach when you mentioned speed speed speed, were you then hinting at how fast you would be leaving Pitt? #AskASU
Coach G, you do realize that allowing transfers without penalty is only a privilege for Penn State students, right? #AskASU
What genius catchphrase will you invent this year that's bound to be taken so seriously by the students in Tempe? #AskASU
Talk about Pac-12 Media Day over at Pacific Takes, discuss with Graham with ASU fans at House of Sparky and with Pitt fans at Cardiac Hill.
