ASU Men's Basketball: Hamilton High School's Eric Jacobsen Signs Letter of Intent for ASU

As the Arizona Sun Devils get amped up for the beginning of their season, high school players around the country are figuring out which program they'd like to go to next year, as is the case with Hamilton High School's Eric Jacobsen, who according to the State Press's Master Tesfatsion signed a letter of intent to play for the Sun Devils during his collegiate career.

The 6'10" 235 pound junior out of Chandler undoubtedly had his pick of the litter as to which school he'd like to attend, but ultimately he chose to stay close to home and go to ASU. Nationally Jacobsen ranks as the 1185th best high school player, though is ranked 13th within the state or Arizona.

Jacobsen is averaging 12.4 points a game and 10.3 rebounds for the Hamilton Huskies varsity squad, along with an impressive 2.4 blocked shots per game. He'll be someone to keep an eye on over the course of the year to see just what he might bring to the table for ASU.
