BCS Rankings Week 12: No. 4 Oregon, No. 9 Stanford Remain The Only Ranked Pac-12 Teams

On two consecutive Saturdays, the bowl game hopes of the Arizona State Sun Devils have gone from bad to worse. After dropping out of the BCS Top 25 following a loss to UCLA, ASU lost all hope of re-entering the rankings after Saturday's surprising loss to the Washington State Cougars and their freshman quarterback Connor Halliday.

The Week 12 BCS Rankings are out, and only two Pac-12 teams remain among the Top 25. Following Saturday's showdown in Palo Alto, the Oregon Ducks have claimed the No. 4 spot previously held by Stanford, while the Cardinal slide down to No. 9. Although this is a huge blow to Stanford, there is still a chance that Oregon may find their way into the National Championship Game to represent the Pac-12.

Stanford remains in the mix as a candidate for the Fiesta Bowl in Tempe, along with Boise State, Houston and Alabama.
