Arizona vs. Colorado opening betting line

The Wildcats are huge favorites over the lowly Buffs heading into the game on Saturday at Arizona stadium.

Andrew Fielding-US PRESSWIRE

The 5-4 Arizona Wildcats are 31-point favorites as they are set to take on the 1-8 Colorado Buffaloes at Arizona Stadium on Saturday.

Coming off an embarrassing loss at the hands of the UCLA Bruins, Arizona has a major edge in nearly every significant statistical category against Colorado. The biggest disparity is in the passing yardage, where the Wildcats average 330.1 yards per game against the Buffaloes' pedestrian 193.2.

Making matters worse for Colorado is that they are giving up an astronomical 46.2 points per game. Given their defensive struggles, they figure to have a difficult time of stopping the Wildcats' spread attack that is built for scoring in bunches.

Colorado has struggled to put up points and is ranked 122nd in scoring, with at mark of just 16.1 points per game on offense. This lopsided affair has the folks over at OddsShark convinced that Arizona will prevail and cover the spread.
