Arizona Wildcats safety Adam Hall is no longer with the team, head coach Rich Rodriguez told the Arizona Daily Star's Ryan Finley Thursday. Hall, who was out for the 2012 season with his second torn ACL, had been involved in team activities until about a month ago, Rodriguez told Finley.

"Maybe he's doing rehab or something like that, but I haven't seen him as part of our daily program," Rodriguez said. "It's been about a month. I've been working with the guys who have been here every day."

A senior, the hard-hitting safety tore his ACL for the second time in March's spring game after he first tore the same ACL in the 2011 spring game. Hall returned for a single game against Oregon State in 2011, but he was shut down after recording 10 tackles in that outing.

Hall has one year of eligibility remaining, but that does not appear to be with the Wildcats. Freshman safety Wayne Capers Jr. was assigned Hall's No. 12 jersey just last week, Finley reports.

The Tucson native out of Palo Verde High School leaves the program with 73 tackles -- 54 which were in 2010 -- and two interceptions.
