Diamondbacks Vs. Braves: Daniel Hudson Leaves Game in 2nd

Diamondbacks starting pitcher Daniel Hudson has left tonight's game against the Braves with an apparent injury. No details of the severity have yet been released. Hudson left the game down 4-0, after 1.2 innings and 53 pitches; Atlanta had runners at the corners when Hudson motioned to the dugout that he would need to exit the game. He was replaced by Josh Collmenter, who surrendered a run to Brian McCann to make it 5-0.

Daniel Hudson (3-1, 6.60), who had just come off the DL a few weeks ago after a month-long stint there due to a shoulder impingement, has posted an 11.37 ERA over his last three starts. The Diamondbacks recently called up Trevor Bauer to replace an injured Joe Saunders, and now may have to rely on even more prospects, depending on the severity of the injury and whether or not Hudson may now miss more time.
