Just a day ago, Arizona Diamondbacks minor league phenom Trevor Bauer posted a YouTube video promoting some of his own strikeout highlights. We here a little critical of such a thing, saying, whether intentional or not, was sending the wrong message and was not in line with the "Diamondback way."
↵For one reason or another, by the end of Friday, the video was removed. It could have been that someone in the organization was in his ear, maybe it was someone he knows. Maybe even he realized it wasn't the best of ideas.
↵It really doesn't matter what the motivation was. The fact of the matter is that the message was the wrong one. And it was a positive thing to see that he removed it, albeit a little disappointing for the readers who found an empty video embedded into the article in question.
↵So if you were looking for the elusive video, sorry. But it was better for everyone to see it go.
