The Arizona Cardinals are a hard team to read coming into the 2012 season because of the uncertainty at quarterback. Their defense looks to be very good and would like to become dominant. The pieces are there. There is a talented group of receivers and two running backs that, if healthy, could be a dominant one-two punch.
Just the quarterback position makes things cloudy.
It apparently is also makes projecting win totals a tough thing as well. As a result, Vegas has projected a very average win total. Bovada has the Cardinals with an over/under of seven games.
Likewise, the rest of the division makes for a tough wager. The 49ers are set at 10 wins, the Seahawks at seven and the Rams at six. I suppose that is how they want to set the lines, but it makes it so that you wouldn't want to wager either way.
Now I don't gamble personally, but even if I did, I would steer clear of that bet. It doesn't look like a money maker.
