The Arizona Cardinals have locked up all their unsigned rookies. These two were arguably among the most crucial.
Michael Floyd was the first pick of the Cardinals in the 2012 NFL Draft, as the rookie from Notre Dame was selected with the 13th pick overall. The Cardinals rewarded Floyd with a five-year deal. Floyd figures to bolster a receiving corps that desperately needed to give Larry Fitzgerald more help last season, and came up woefully short in that regard. Floyd should be an instant contender to be the second receiver.
Jamell Fleming was the second pick of the Cardinals in the 2012 NFL Draft, which came much later in the third round with the 80th overall pick. Fleming received a four-year deal for his efforts.
