The Arizona Cardinals might be coming close to making a decision. One beat writer has an idea on who the Cardinals might pick.
I still think it could come down to 4 players @ #13... OT Riley Reiff, WR Michael Floyd, DE/OLB Melvin Ingram & OLB Courtney Upshaw.#draft— Mike Jurecki (@mikejurecki) April 17, 2012
Why would the Cardinals want any of these prospects? They would all help upgrade discernible weaknesses for Arizona.
- Reiff gives Arizona an immediate tackle prospect to anchor on one side of the line to better protect their quarterbacks.
- Upshaw and Ingram are probably two of the best pass rushers out there to help give Arizona's defense more pop.
- Floyd gives Larry Fitzgerald a partner on the other side as a second option for wide receivers.
