The Arizona Cardinals tendered three of restricted free agents of Friday, consisting of Larod Stephens Howling, Greg Toler, and Rashad Johnson.
Howling was extended a second-round tender after being a seventh-round pick in the 2009 draft, proving his worth to be bumped up to the next tender level.
All three can still seek free-agent deals from other team. Howling's tender is around $1.9 million while the other two are expected to be worth about $1.2 million, and would mean the Cardinals would receive a fourth-round and third-round draft pick as compensation if they were picked up by another squad and the Cards didn't match the offer sheet.
