[Video]: Peyton Manning Throws At Duke On Friday, Looks Like Peyton Manning

With all the Peyton Manning talk over the last several weeks, the one question there has been is whether or not he will be healthy enough to play in 2012. In fact, there has been more footage of UFOs than there has been of Manning and throwing a football in quite some time.

That is, until now.

On Friday, it was discovered that he was at Duke University in Durham, North Carolina, working out with a few teammates, and actually throwing the ball.

According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, Manning has been working out there in Durham with teammate and former teammates like Dallas Clark, Austin Collie and Brandon Stokley.

There is some actual footage of this occurrence. And while it is somewhat clandestine, it is not the suspicious, grainy UFO footage. The best part? He looks good throwing the ball.

Just by the short footage here, there is certainly reason for optimism for teams like the Arizona Cardinals, Miami Dolphins and Washington Redskins, who all are rumored to have interest in acquiring the future Hall of Famer should the Indianapolis Colts cut ties with him.

He has yet to be released by the Colts, who have until March 8 to decide what to do with him or have to pay him the $28 million bonus he is due. The rest of the league and mostly everyone else expects that he will be released and become the highest profile free agent that the league has probably ever had.

The rest of the league waits anxiously to see what happens and then whether or not he will be able to show that he is making progress with his arm strength, such to believe that he will be able to be the Peyton Manning he can be this season.

I don't know about you, but this video is reason enough to get excited if your team has any shot at all of landing No. 18.
