2012 NFL Free Agents: Jarrett Bush Returns To Green Bay

The Arizona Cardinals were really looking to upgrade their defensive backs by getting a player who could play multiple positions and provide more depth. Jarrett Bush seemed to be one of the targets the Cardinals were most focused on landing. Bush has been mostly been a backup in Green Bay, putting up 3 interceptions, 22 pass deflections, 1.5 sacks, and 130 total tackles over his past six seasons. He might have gotten more playing time if he'd signed up with Ariozna.

However, it appears that Bush is heading back to the place that landed him a Super Bowl championship. Aaron Wilson of Scout filed this report on the Bush signing by Green Bay.

Veteran free agent defensive back Jarrett Bush has agreed to a three-year contract to stay with the Green Bay Packers after visiting the Arizona Cardinals and the New York Jets, according to a league source with knowledge of the situation.

Arizona is going to have to look elsewhere if they want a solid defensive back.
