Alex Smith has been a source of much conjecture in recent weeks as the embattled quarterback of the San Francisco 49ers. Despite playing well, Smith was benched in favor of Colin Kaepernick and now is expected to be on the move in the off-season.
In an article on ProFootballTalk.com by Josh Alper on Thursday, there are some quotes from Arizona Cardinals' offensive lineman Adam Snyder talking about how he feels for Smith.
However, the headline talks about Snyder's desire to see Smith in Arizona, something that rubbed Daryn Colledge the wrong way. Click here to see what Colledge had to say via twitter about the article.
Of course, the 49ers have full control over where Smith winds up. The Utah product is still under contract and can only move to another tea via trade unless San Francisco grants him his release, something that seems extremely unlikely.
Smith is owed $8.5 million in 2013 as of April 1.
