Following their seventh consecutive loss, the Arizona Cardinals find themselves stuck near the bottom of most NFL Power Rankings.
SB Nation's own Joel Thorman has the 4-7 Cardinals stuck at No. 27 for the second straight week in his power rankings. He adds that he is "kinda hoping they run the table" with twelve straight losses. Based on how Arizona has looked since starting the season 4-0, he might just get his wish.
The Cardinals stayed put at No. 25 in ESPN's power rankings, which noted that the loss of center Lyle Sendlein could weaken an already-depleted Cardinals offensive line.
CBSSports.com's rankings as compiled by Pete Prisco actually has the Cardinals up one spot to No. 26, but the move likely has more to do with the Philadelphia Eagles' woes (down three spots to No. 28) than any progress the Cardinals have made.
Arizona took a slide in NFL.com's weekly power poll, dropping five spots to No. 25.
The Cardinals will try, yet again, to put an end to their losing streak when they take on the Jets this Sunday at MetLife Stadium. Kickoff is slated for 11 a.m. MT and the game will be televised on FOX.
