The Arizona Cardinals have opened as a slight one-point favorite against the St. Louis Rams on Sunday, according to OddsShark.com. The over/under for the NFC West clash has been set at 37.5.
The Cardinals (4-6), have lost six consecutive games after opening the season with a perfect 4-0 record. Arizona almost put an end to that skid last Sunday against the Atlanta Falcons, but they couldn't manage to take advantage of a horrendous game by Falcons quarterback Matt Ryan (5 interceptions) and coughed up the win.
St. Louis (3-6-1) were upset by the New York Jets last Sunday, losing 27-13 at the Edward Jones Dome. The Rams, who are winless since Oct. 4 have struggled to put points on the board of late, averaging just 15.6 points per game over their last five contests.
Kickoff is slated for 2:25 p.m. MT at University of Phoenix Stadium, and the game will be televised on FOX.
