Redskins SS LaRon Landry Out, OLB Brian Orakpo To Play Vs. Cardinals

The Washington Redskins have some injury updates for their Week 2 matchup, and it's partly good news and bad news for the Arizona Cardinals. Jason La Canfora, the NFL.com insider, reports that safety LaRon Landry is out with a hamstring issue, an injury that has kept him limited in practice. Landry did not play the first week either, so  that probably means O.J. Atogwe takes over at strong safety with Reed Doughty starting at the free position.

Brian Orakpo will play though, despite struggling with ankle issues all week. Orakpo could give the Redskins some much needed pass rush and could give Kevin Kolb all sorts of trouble in this game. The Redskins don't have any other serious injuries, so the Cardinals will only be able to exploit the absence of Landry in this one before trying to find any mismatches to exploit.
