Fantasy Football Predictions, NFL Week 16: Arizona Cardinals-Dallas Cowboys

Who to sit and who to start in your fantasy football championship game

NFL Week 16 is the championship week for most fantasy football fanatics and if you are still alive you have a good amount of money on the line. This week's Cardinals game brings some excellent options and as usual they are playing across from the Arizona Cardinals...err Dallas Cowboys.

Jon Kitna is an excellent start against a porous Cards pass D. Since taking over for Tony Romo he has thrown for more than 300 yards four times and two touchdowns or more in five of the nine games.

The Cowboys have the No. 1 ranked fantasy TE in Jason Witten, a position which give the Cardinals fits. Adrian Wilson/Kerry Rhodes both struggle covering man to man and the Cards linebackers don't fare much better.

The Cards pass D has fared better the last two weeks, but don't let that trick you. They were playing a struggling Denver Broncos team and Carolina Panthers offense that is just as inept as the Cards offense.

Both team's running back situations are iffy. I wouldn't go anywhere near Tim Hightower or Beanie Wells, Whisenhunt doesn't like to run the ball and you never know who is going to get the carries. Even if Marion Barber plays I still believe Tashard Choice and Felix Jones get the bulk of the work. On the season Barber is averaging a pedestrian 3.1 YPC. Choice has scored a TD three of the last four weeks. Felix Jones has accumulated at least 80 total yards in the last six games.

Happy holidays everyone and I advise drinking up before the Cowboys-Cardinals game comes on you will be better off not remembering what happened.
