With free agency just one day away, all mock drafts on the Internet will be rendered hilariously moot in several hours. The Seahawks already fired the opening salvo, trading their first round pick for Percy Harvin, giving Minnesota both the No. 23 and No. 25 picks this year.
But for now, let's focus on the Cardinals' spot. SB Nation's Dan Kadar released his latest mock draft on Monday, and he has Arizona taking West Virginia QB Geno Smith:
Which is more important to an offense, a left tackle or a quarterback? That's the issue the Cardinals will face in the first round. For now, we say Smith if he's available. Unless the Cardinals decide they want to roll with Kevin Kolb, or they like Matt Barkley of Southern California, this is probably the first round ceiling for Smith.
Other possibility: Lane Johnson
With so little certainty as to who the Chiefs take with the No. 1 pick, this year's mock drafts are going to be constantly changing. Keep checking back at Mocking The Draft for updates.
