The NFL Combine starts on Feb. 20, and the list of those invited to work out at Lucas Oil Stadium was released Thursday and includes Arizona Wildcats quarterback Matt Scott and Arizona State Sun Devils linebacker Brandon Magee.
In 2012, Scott threw for 3,620 yards -- completing 60.3 percent of his throws -- along with 27 touchdowns and 14 interceptions for his senior season at Arizona. He is listed as the ninth-best quarterback in SB Nation's positional rankings.
Magee led the Sun Devils in tackles for the 2012 season with a total of 113. Additionally, he recorded 12.5 tackles for a loss, 6.5 sacks, two interceptions and a forced fumble. Magee chose football over baseball for now after he inked a multi-year deal with the Boston Red Sox in late 2012.
Scott and Magee are also former high school teammates from their time at Centennial High in Corona, Calif.
Other players from Arizona State who will be attending the combine are punter Josh Hubner and safety Keelan Johnson.
