The World Golf Tournament's first event of 2013, the Accenture Match Play, tees off Wednesday afternoon in Marana, Ariz., with Rory McIlroy leading the field. The world's top-ranked golfer is one of four No. 1 seeds that fill out four brackets of head-to-head play. McIlroy is joined by Tiger Woods, Luke Donald and Louis Oosthuizen, who lead their respective brackets.
The first three days of Accenture Match Play action will be aired on the Golf Channel with NBC providing additional coverage this weekend. The broadcast will begin at 12 p.m. ET on Wednesday.
McIlroy will square off against No. 16 seed Shane Lowry at 2:05 p.m. ET in Wednesday's first round of play. Woods, the No. 2 overall player, according to the world golf rankings, tees off against Charles Howell III at 2:25 p.m. ET. Oosthusizen faces Richie Ramsay at 1:25 p.m. ET, while Donald takes on Marcel Siem at 1:45 p.m. ET.
