What do Mario, Joe, McStats and Tyler think about the Cardinals' big start and how they played against the Philadelphia Eagles?

For the first time since 1974, the Arizona Cardinals have begun their football season with a 3-0 record. For comparison's sake, the song "The Joker" by Steve Miller Band came out that year. So, yeah, it was a long time ago. For that reason, the Arizona Birdgang Podcast crew including Joe, Mario, McStats and I hit the studios to record another episode. This time, we entitled it "Dead To Rights".

First, we talked about what anyone that watched the Cardinals' victory over the Eagleswould talk about: the defense. The big plays, the hard hitting style of Daryl Washingtonand Kerry Rhodes and the discipline won the Cardinals this game. Hear our takes on everything related to that side of the ball.

We also played your voicemails during this episode, highlighting the excitement surround the fanbase right now. Combining those with the audio clips from the players and coaches and it becomes obvious that the Phoenix area is on fire right now (literally and figuratively).

Taking Kevin Kolb out of the starting position at this point would be foolish according to the podcast members. Do you agree? How well do you think he performed on Sunday? Was it his best game ever as a Cardinal?

All of that and much, much more in this edition of the Arizona Birdgang Podcast. To listen, click the direct link or use the embedded player below. Thanks for listening!
