Arizona State Sun Devils head coach Todd Graham expects his team to face the best offensive line and running game the Sun Devils will have faced up to this point in the season when ASU goes to Berkeley this weekend to face the struggling California Golden Bears.
The Devils (3-1, 1-0 in Pac-12) could break into the Top 25 with a win Saturday.
"We're playing the best offensive line, the best running game. They've got three running backs that are really quality. They resemble a lot of how our offense looks as far as the depth at the running back position," Graham said in his weekly Monday news conference.
Graham said he watched film on the Golden Bears and thought they should have won the Ohio State game. Cal is 1-3 overall, including a home loss to Nevada in the season opener.
Graham said he's proud of his team and sees how hard it is playing, but must clean up penalties and mental errors to get better. See the rest of his comments here.
"We've got to stay true to who we are and make sure we play that way," Graham said.
