Round 1: John McCarthy is the referee. Jones on hands and knees as he waits for McCarthy to call them out. Jones comes crawling out and almost eats a head kick as he gets to his feet. Jones goes for a single-leg. Belfort tries for a standing guillotine, but Jones scores a takedown. Belfort has an arm bar. Jones drops him to the mat. Jones drops him to the mat. Belfort hangs on. Jones finally breaks out. Jones still in Belfort's guard. Jones lands a couple elbows which cut Vitor open. Belfort very busy trying to tie Jones up, but Jones is still getting elbows and punches in and making them count. Under two minutes left. Belfort is bleeding badly. One minute left. Round 2: The doctor checks out Belfort and clears him for round two. Belfort again fans on a high kick. Jones stalks Belfort, has him backed up near the fence. Jones just misses on a spinning back elbow. Belfort with a head kick. Jones throwing low kicks. Belfort bleeding from behind his right ear. Midway through. Jones clearly respects Belfort's hands. Jones with a front kick to the side of the head followed by another low kick. They tie up, Belfort lands a knee to the body and then pulls guard. Curious decision. Ninety seconds left. Round 3: Jones drops Belfort with a kick to the body. Jones again ends up in Belfort's guard. Belfort doing his best to tie Jones up. Jones stands, Belfort stays on the mat, but McCarthy orders him back up. Jones misses on a spinning back kick. Belfort connects with a left and Jones connects with a right. Crowd chants for Belfort. Belfort pulls guard. Same deal as before. Belfort tries to hold Jones off while looking for a submission; Jones sneaks in the occasional big elbow. Final minute. Jones lands a late series of elbows. Round 4: Belfort fans on a high kick and there's a flurry. Belfort tires to pull guard but it backfires in a hurry as Jones quickly transitions to an Americana and gets the submission.
