Arizona Diamondbacks Vs. Colorado Rockies: Arizona Pursues Slim Playoff Window

The Arizona Diamondbacks take on the Colorado Rockies on Saturday in the second game of a four game series. The Diamondbacks are still in the playoff hunt, but at 4½ games behind the St. Louis Cardinals for the second NL Wild Card, they'll need their best effort and a lot of luck to get there.

Patrick Corbin (6-7, 4.02 ERA) will pitch for Arizona. The rookie has been in and out of the majors all season, moving back and forth from Triple-A Reno as needed. His last outing for the Diamondbacks saw him give up only two runs over eight innings in a 10-2 Diamondback win over the San Francisco Giants. Jhoulys Chacin (2-5, 4.58 ERA) will be on the hill for the Rockies.
