Arizona Cardinals Injury Update: John Skelton, Todd Heap Questionable For Eagles Game

The Arizona Cardinals have marked both QB John Skelton (ankle) and TE Todd Heap (knee) with questionable tags heading into Sunday's battle of the undefeateds against the Philadelphia Eagles.

Skelton was listed as doubtful last week against the New England Patriots, so his questionable label should be considered a positive development. Skelton, the Week 1 starter, practiced in a limited basis to end this week and could rekindle the quarterback controversy if he's able to turn in some full practices before Week 4.

At this point, it's still unclear if rookie Ryan Lindley or Skelton will be Kevin Kolb's primary backup for the game against the Eagles.

As for Heap, the veteran tight end is still recovering from a sprained PCL in his left knee that forced him out of last Sunday's game. His practice participation was limited on both Thursday and Friday.

The Cardinals also have a trio of safeties, Rashad Johnson, Adrian Wilson and James Sanders, listed as questionable. Beyond that, guard Adam Snyder is the team's only other questionable tag.
