Rondae Jefferson Having In-Home Visit With Arizona Wildcats

Rondae Jefferson is a five-star wing from Pennsylvania and is one of the most sought-after recruits in the nation. After unofficially visiting Sean Miller and the Arizona Wildcats three weeks ago by himself, Jefferson took his official visit last weekend with his mother. After returning home to process the visit, coach Miller and the UA staff are heading across country for an in-home visit.

According to reports, Jefferson could give his pledge this evening. Here is CBS Sports with the latest.

Arizona has been the leader for five-star forward Rondae Jefferson throughout most of the past few months, and the Wildcats only extended their lead during Jefferson's official visit last weekend.

We reported Sunday that a commitment could be imminent, coming as early as this week. With Jefferson hosting the Wildcats' staff for an in-home visit Thursday, that announcement could be coming tonight.

Securing a commitment from the 6'7 wing would be huge for the Wildcats. Solomon Hill and Kevin Parrom are both seniors for the Wildcats and figure to play every minute at the three this season, which leaves a huge void in Tucson once they graduate. Jefferson could step in immediately and lead a team that should be very deep and talented at all other positions.

Jefferson is ranked as the 16th best player in the 2013 class, according to Rivals. Scout has him as the 10th best player, while ESPN lists him 14th.

Here is a recent highlight reel of Jefferson's play over the summer.
