Nick Watney used a two-stroke eighth hole to overtake Sergio Garcia for sole possession at the top of the leaderboard, as the final day of the Barclays keeps on going.
Watney is 2-under on the day, good for 10-under overall. He holds a one-stroke lead over Garcia, with both golfers currently sitting at the ninth hole.
Familiar names Phil Mickelson and Tiger Woods played themselves out of contention today. Mickelson has gone 3-over, while Woods is 4-over on the day.
The race has either Watney's or Garcia's to lose. Brandt Snedecker is 1-under on the day, but is already on the 10th hole and will need to finish strong to get into the conversation. He currently is three strokes behind Watney.
