College Football Rankings: Pac-12 Has 3 Teams In AP Poll Preseason Top 25

The Pac-12 has three teams listed in the 2012 AP Preseason poll, with another two members unranked but receiving votes.

The Pac-12 has three teams in the 2012 AP Top 25 preseason poll, with another two members of the conference receiving votes. University of Southern California leads things, with the USC Trojans earning the No. 1 ranking. The Oregon Ducks are next, coming in at No. 4, and the Stanford Cardinal are ranked No. 21. The two Pac-12 teams that were not ranked but received votes were Washington and Utah.

Arizona teams have a number of games against Top 25 teams: the Arizona Wildcats play Oregon on Sept. 22, Stanford on Oct. 6, and USC on Oct. 27. Oregon and Stanford are road games, while the Wildcats will host the Trojans. The ASU Sun Devils face Oregon in Arizona's Ring of Honor game on Oct. 18, then travel to Southern California to face USC on Nov. 10.
