Man Shot Near University Of Phoenix Stadium During Cardinals Preseason Game

The Cardinals were hosing the Raiders inside University of Phoenix Stadium Friday night, but while the game was happening, an altercation occurred in a nearby parking lot leaving one man shot and another arrested, according to a report from Celicia Chan of The Republic.

According to Glendale police a man was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries after he was shot in a parking lot across the street from the University of Phoenix Stadium during the the game between the Cardinals and Raiders. The suspect was later arrested by police inside the stadium.

According to a report from ABC 15, the victim is a 30-year-old man. He was reportedly shot in the face and then transported to St. Joseph's Hospital. Police say the incident occurred near the Hampton Inn across the street from the stadium.
