2012 Belmont Stakes Odds: Dullahan The New Betting Favorite

The 2012 Belmont Stakes will take place on Saturday and there is significantly less interest in the event that there was just 24 hours ago. The reason for this, of course, is that I'll Have Another has been scratched from the race with an injury and will likely be retiring. It's certainly an ignominious end to the the horse's quest for the Triple Crown.

Of course, this does mean that the race is more or less wide open for the rest of the field. I'll Have Another was the betting favorite before being scratched. Now that the favorite has withdrawn, Dullahan becomes the new betting favorite in the race, with Union Rags and Paynter close behind.
