NBA Playoff Schedule And Update: Shocker In San Antonio

Well now, we certainly did see that coming. The Oklahoma City Thunder jumped up and smacked down the San Antonio Spurs who many (us included) thought would waltz through to the NBA Finals in 2012. Instead, the Thunder won Game 5 on the road and now lead 3-2 in their Western Conference Finals series.

Right down to the last second, it seemed like the Spurs would pull a magic trick out of their hat. Phoenix Suns fans everywhere surely thought Tim Duncan would take and make a game-tying three and they had to be convinced that Manu Ginobili's final heave would go in. They didn't, and instead it was former Sun Devil James Harden who hit the big shot late in the game.

Eastern Conference Finals Game 5: Boston Celtics at Miami Heat at 8:30 p.m. ET / 5:30 p.m. PT on ESPN

The Celtics will face the Heat on the road and with Chris Bosh back in the lineup. They will try and slow down Miami while pushing the ball to get some easy buckets for Rajon Rondo in transition. LeBron James and Dwyane Wade remain the keys for Miami. As always, if those two both play great, the Heat win.

Here's the remaining schedule for the 2012 NBA Playoff Eastern Conference Finals Series (all times in ET):

Game 6: Thursday, June 7 at Boston, 8:30 p.m.
Game 7: Saturday, June 9 at Miami, 8:30 p.m.*

Here's the remaining schedule for the 2012 NBA Playoff Western Conference Finals Series (all times in ET):
