College World Series Schedule: Arizona Wildcats To Face Winner Of Louisville Vs. Missouri

The Arizona Wildcats are just one win away from advancing to the Super Regionals of the 2012 College World Series. After a 15-3 win over Mizzou on Friday night and a 16-4 victory against Louisville on Saturday, UA will play yet again on Sunday evening at the friendly confines of Hi Corbett Field.

After eliminating New Mexico St. on Saturday afternoon, Missouri and Louisville will meet on Sunday afternoon at 4 p.m.

The loser is eliminated from the tournament, the winner moves on to play Arizona just an hour or two later. That game is scheduled for an 8 p.m. start assuming the early game doesn't require multiple extra innings to be decided.

If Arizona wins they advance to the final 16. If they lose they'll rematch Louisville or Mizzou on Monday in an elimination game.

Tucson had upwards of 5,000 fans at the stadium on Friday night and 4,007 filled the stands on Saturday. Tickets still remain for UA potentially clinching a birth in the Super Regionals, and you can get yours here.
