NBA Playoff Schedule And Update: Pacers Can't Hang; Can Philly?

LeBron James was brilliant. Dwyane Wade was insanely terrific. But the Indiana Pacers got knocked out of the 2012 NBA Playoffs (at home) because they couldn't execute their offense against the Miami Heat. Some of that is good defense from Miami but a lot of it is a young team that lacked to cohesion and experience to take advantage of their many advantages.

The Heat didn't beat the Pacers. The Pacers failed to play up to their potential and that's always difficult to watch. They should have won and therefore I stand by my prediction, Pacers in seven.

NBA Playoff Schedule:

Philadelphia 76ers at Boston Celtics on Saturday at 8:00 p.m. ET / 5:00 p.m. PT on ABC

Conventional wisdom has the Celtics winning at home and advancing to the Eastern Conference Finals against the Heat. Clearly that would be the better match up for ratings and history and what not, but the Sixers might just be able to pull out the upset if they can take better advantage of the Celtics injuries as they did at home in Game 6.
