An automatic bid to the NCAA D-1 Tournament is on the line this week as the 2012 WAC Baseball Tournament kicks off on Wednesday. Two games on the docket in at Hohokam Stadium Wednesday in Mesa, Ariz., including #3 seed Nevada as they face #6 seed Louisiana Tech, and #4 seed Hawaii, who play #5 seed Fresno State. The WAC's top six teams will battle over the next few days, with #1 seed New Mexico State and #2 seed Sacramento State receiving day-one byes in the double-elimination tournament.

Game 2: #3 Nevada vs. #6 Louisiana Tech, 7 PM
